I needed to become more sophisticated about how I run this business. I had also always wanted to journal daily and run proper weekly and monthly reviews, so I could be sure I was staying focused where I actually needed to be.
Every new Claude conversation starts from zero, so you re-explain your company, your priorities and your people every single time. Pointing a project at one folder on your disk fixes that. The folder becomes the memory.
This was never meant to be an oracle or a magic key. It is a tool that helps me be a better leader. Having built it, we think other executives might get something from it, so we have made it free and open.

The store
Your decisions, meeting notes and briefs on the people who matter, in a folder Claude can read and write. Organised by how soon something could matter to you rather than by subject, on the PARA structure. The filing is Claude's job, because maintenance is what kills these systems.

The rituals
Daily, weekly and monthly reviews that turn a store into a habit. Each one reads the one below it, which is where the compounding comes from. Every one is invoked by hand. Nothing is scheduled and nothing chases you.
Five commands, always installed. Everything else is ordinary conversation with your context already loaded.

Each is built to give you straight information, with Claude's reasoning applied to it, rather than a reaction to how you happened to frame the question.
Both failure modes are worse than nothing. An assistant that agrees with everything only tells you what you already believe. One that argues for the sake of it is noise you quickly learn to discount.
Anthropic analysed around a million conversations. Among those seeking personal guidance, roughly 9% were sycophantic, rising to a quarter in relationship advice, and it gets worse
under pressure. An advisor that caves feels supportive, so nobody ever reports it as a fault.
That makes it a design problem rather than an irritation, which is why every advisor carries the same guard in three separate places in its instructions.
Where the material goes, and what this cannot do.
The folder is an ordinary folder on your machine, and nothing is uploaded because it exists. Whatever Claude reads becomes part of the conversation, and a cloud session copies the files it needs onto Anthropic's servers. "Not used for training" and "never left the building" are different claims, and your plan only answers the first. Setup agrees a never-in-the-box list with you before it asks anything else: legal privilege, live M&A, individual HR and compensation, regulated customer data.
It is also not a replacement for a person. Anything irreversible, interpersonal, legal, financial or medical goes to a qualified human. There is no backup by default, it is desktop-bound, and if you do not type the command you have no journal.
This is the same discipline we apply when we build production systems. When the data boundary itself is the requirement, the answer is private deployment in your own environment, and that is a different piece of work.
We are releasing this at the point where it is useful rather than the point where it is finished. If you use it and it holds up, star the repository, because that is the signal that tells us to keep working on it. And if something breaks, or an advisor tells you what you wanted to hear, please tell us. Critical feedback is worth considerably more to us than the star.
